Ephren Taylor

Amazing young man. Youngest African-American CEO of 2 publicly traded corporations.

His write up

At twenty-four, Ephren Taylor has had more business success then most people have in a lifetime. Already a history maker, Taylor is the youngest African-American CEO of a publicly traded company, City Capital Corporations; a business development firm focusing on making loans and equity investments in developing business enterprises. He owns three other companies and his empire oversees over $150 million in assets and growing. In his executive role, Ephren utilizes an innovative model to raise capital and enhance client’s ability to develop wealth.

This self-made multi-millionaire born of the hip-hop generation started his historical journey at the age of twelve when he rejected the misconception that young people are powerless. Like most young men, Taylor was fascinated with video games; however, his parents lacked the financial means to purchase them. Not to be defeated, he began to create his own video games and went on to establish a company to house his burgeoning operation. By the age of sixteen, Taylor owned his second company, which became the multimillion-dollar enterprise GoFerretGo.com. This innovative website connected high school and college students with employers. Fast forward to today, Ephren is still making connections—he connects individuals, corporations, and churches to wealth. With a diverse client list that reaches from Wall Street to South Central and includes stock market day traders as well as Hip Hop icons like Snoop Dogg, this astounding young man has the Midas touch - yet shares the wealth.

Beyond his unprecedented accomplishments in the technology and financial industries, Taylor is an ordained minister, an author, public speaker and real estate mastermind. In his ministerial duties, Ephren regularly consults with churches to help them plan and finance projects that further their mission by guiding them down the path of vision driven wealth. Ephren has authored five e-books and is currently penning a self-empowerment manuscript, which will be his first print release. As a speaker, Ephren engages audiences with his energetic, humble, yet interactive style that inspires them to expand their visions and move to action. In the real estate arena, Taylor is highly respected for his willingness to invest in community redevelopment projects and has been hailed for leading the effort in the Kansas City Historic Jazz revitalization.

A true wealth engineer, Ephren is becoming for the hip-hop community what Warren Buffet is for baby boomers, the premier financial expert for a generation.
